Along with a special skill with flavors and ingredients, Marshall is a team builder and the ultimate customer service professional. After years dedicated to food and service excellence across to a wide breadth of culinary and event service, in 2014 he transitioned to a second career in the non-profit sector. With a lifetime of food service skills, he transformed the prison-like food of the 400 person campus to one vibrant with community donations, volunteers, celebrations, and an intense environmental stewardship program leveraging food waste for a community-wide gleaning program. In this world, he developed programs designed to support poverty and trauma-impacted individuals as they rebuilt their lives and rejoined community.

Intensive experience with a broad spectrum of humanity – from community leaders to a recovering addicts – has given him the unique ability to coach, mentor and grow organizations and individuals both in and out of the kitchen.

Services include recipe and products development, coaching and team building, and special events.
